    This is a clean excellent and affordable place to eat. The guys running the restaurant are friendly, you can ask them any question about things on the menu without feeling like a food tourist. Service is quick and precise. The meat is fresh and fantastically seasoned. You can't go wrong Gyro sandwich and falafel here. There are a few secret menu Easter egg items to find here too.

    Driving for Uber, a client ordered and "Uber Eats" from this place. They researched it on line and were impressed. The order was ready quickly and smelled great.

    This prompted me to try it out. So I did. I went out of my way to try it and am glad I did.

    It is a simple dining room. I ordered a gyro and the hummus. As soon as it was served, I realized it was too much to eat.

    All the food was great!

    I can no longer live with myself if I don't confess - I cheated on Gyro Café - go-to favorite - the other day. I didn't mean to - it just happened! Maro's means nothing to me - it only happened that one time! I promise to never do it again!

    Had to drop a package off at Copy, Pack and Mail. Call my wife and asked if she wanted some Moo-goo-gai-pan from Golden China - one of the only places you can get it in Smyrna now. I wasn't feeling oriental so I intended to stop at Gyro Café on the way home, but I was weak - and in a hurry. Maro's is a couple doors down or up - guess it depends on where you go first. I'm walking up to the door of GC phoning in my wife's order and I see Maro's. I read some reviews on it and thought I would make it easy on myself and just stop here instead of battling the traffic crossover onto Weakley Lane. Some things are worth the risk and effort...should have listen to my heart through my stomach - that is how you get to a man's heart or so I have heard.

    It was OK. A couple of days later I went to my preferred place and that sealed the deal. We have reconciled - they took me back! As long as I don't stray again...
